David Stricklin is the founder and principal of Stricklin & Associates, a bipartisan public affairs, lobbying, and government relations consulting firm representing client interests in Springfield, Chicago, and Washington, D.C.

Since founding the firm in 2005, David Stricklin has advised corporations, trade associations, nonprofit organizations, institutions, and emerging industries on legislative strategy, public policy development, political advocacy, and government relations initiatives.

Known for providing highly personalized client service and strategic insight, Stricklin & Associates works closely with each client to develop customized public affairs strategies designed to achieve measurable policy and legislative outcomes.

David began lobbying in Illinois while working with a prominent Chicago law firm and quickly established a reputation for effective bipartisan advocacy, coalition management, and legislative problem-solving.

He also served in senior leadership roles during Illinois gubernatorial campaigns in both 1998 and 2002, gaining firsthand experience in political strategy, communications, and public policy development.
